First let me explain what active services are.
Active Services are those service network providers use to deduct airtime from your phone.The annoying thing is that, you are not aware of most of these services; they just deduct your airtime whenever you have credited or recharge.
I also have suffered heavily from this especially on MTN until I found a solution which am about to share with you.
How To Stop Active Services
MTN
Dial *123*5*7# send and select the options one after the other to see which services you are subscribed to and stop them.
Airtel
Dial *902# and send. Select 1 (Start) from them options to see and stop your active services.
Glo
Type Cancel in an SMS and send it to 2442
Etisalat
Type Cancel in an SMS and send it to 2442
